While growing up in Birmingham Alabama, Steve got involved in a secret hate group that believed in dangerous white supremacy. He later joined forces with the Underground Klan Association where he became the best in weapons, stealth and combat. The Klan soon recognized his skills and funded him for the secret CITY OF DEAD ANGELS project in Los Angeles California. His mission was to make the city ethnically pure again. They claimed that the Mexicans came across the border and multiplied and destroyed the white man's way of life. They also made accusations that the Mexicans were over populating California and ruining the economy. They then appointed him a special armored suite and proclaimed him the Klan-Man.
